Meet the Team

Chris Lambert

Founder

Chris Lambert, a dedicated Veteran, founded Veteran’s Angling Alliance to share the peace and solace he found through fishing. Like many Veterans, Chris faced challenges transitioning to civilian life and discovered that time on the water provided a unique sense of calm and connection.

Driven by a deep commitment to supporting fellow Veterans, Chris created Veteran’s Angling Alliance as a welcoming space where Veterans can reconnect with nature, build friendships, and enjoy the simple joys of fishing. For Chris, fishing is more than a hobby—it’s a way to reflect, recharge, and foster meaningful connections.

Through Veteran’s Angling Alliance, Chris hopes to provide others with the same opportunity to experience the freedom and camaraderie that a day on the water can bring.

Dan Blumb - Secretary - Veteran's Angling Alliance

Dan Blumb

Secretary

In 2006, Daniel felt a need to give back to his community and became an active member of the Golden Valley Human Services Commission. His leadership led him to become the Chair where he drove the Commission to new funding levels amongst various Twin Cities Northwest Suburban Non-Profits.

He is always seeking opportunities to volunteer his time for associations within his surrounding communities. Daniel joined Veteran’s Angling Alliance because growing up on a lake made him realize how special being on the water can be to an individual. He has a desire to make this a reality for many veterans.
